Cancellation and Late Policy
We adhere to a strict cancellation policy. All appointments rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your appointment start time will be charged 50% of the service amount. All no shows will be charged 50% of the service amount.
In the best interest of our customers, Gia Lyn must strictly enforce the following late policy:
If the client arrives 15 or more minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled to another day or time depending on availability.
